Dr. Stella Anne Oloo is a Ugandan Physician and the Program Manager of the East, Central and Southern Africa College of Physicians whose mission is to improve access to well-trained physicians across the region by establishing a network of dedicated training centers and implementing an internationally recognized postgraduate medical qualification. Together with the ECSACOP Secretariat team based at the Infectious Diseases Institute, she oversees the programmatic development of the College in six countries. She is currently a Master’s student in Public Management and Policy at the University of York and has a keen interest in policy analysis and policy development in developing countries.
