Is the Department Head of the Instrumentation Division at the Uganda Industrial Research Institute (UIRI).  She received a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta, Canada in 2008 and a Professional Certificate in Embedded Systems Engineering from the University of California, Irvine in 2016. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) with a concentration in Biomedical Engineering at Purdue University, the USA which she will complete in 2019. Her core expertise is the design of medical devices that are appropriate and affordable for low resource settings.
